Winterkill Research Update

It may be the middle of winter, but research actitivies continue at the Turfgrass Research Center. Winterkill is a term used to describe many different maladies that result in dead turf in the spring. In a new line of research, the MSU Turf Team is trying to gain a better understanding of the winter conditions that lead to various types of injury on annual bluegrass putting greens.
